Pratibha Ki Parakh — 'The Test of Talent' — is one of the most powerful events Prateek Special School organises.
Every year, children from up to 15 special schools across Delhi gather on one stage. They sing, dance, perform, model on the ramp — and they do it with a courage that leaves audiences in tears and applause.
As Dainik Jagran wrote: 'Who says talent depends on anyone? These children have shown that life itself is a platform — and all you need is courage.'
This event is not a competition in the traditional sense. There is no first or second place. Every child who steps onto that stage wins — because they are seen, celebrated and included in the mainstream of society.
For many of our students, Pratibha Ki Parakh is the moment their family realises: my child can do this. My child is extraordinary.
