Since January 2004, Prateek Special School has been serving children and adults with disabilities in West Delhi — with no government funding, just a community's belief that every child deserves a chance.
Founded by Reeta Saxena, what began as a small initiative has grown into one of Delhi's most recognised special education centres, earning 70+ awards and coverage in Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujala, Meri Dilli and more.
Today, 70 children attend our two campuses in Nangloi and Mundka daily. Another 150 are on the waiting list — not because they don't deserve a place, but because we need more resources to give it to them.
We receive zero government funding. Every session, every meal, every therapy run is made possible entirely by donors.
